Turkey and Cranberry Sliders with Hawaiian Rolls are warm, buttery baked sliders layered with tender turkey, sweet cranberry sauce, and melty cheese. These easy sliders are perfect for holiday leftovers, parties, game day, or quick family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese or provolone cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the cooked turkey evenly over the rolls.
  5. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey.
  6. Add Swiss or provolone cheese slices on top.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  9. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  10. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and bake for another 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Deli turkey or leftover roasted turkey both work well in this recipe.
  • Swap Swiss cheese with cheddar, gouda, mozzarella, or provolone for different flavor combinations.
  • Add stuffing or caramelized onions for a holiday-inspired variation.
  • Assemble the sliders ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
  • Use spicy mustard or add pickles for extra flavor and tang.
