Ingredients

  • 3 cups green peas (fresh or frozen, thawed)

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. If using frozen peas, thaw and drain them well.
