Ingredients
1 cup cold brew coffee
1 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon caramel sauce
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla syrup (optional)
Extra caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice and set aside.
Add the heavy cream, milk, caramel sauce, sea salt, and vanilla syrup to a small bowl or frothing pitcher.
Froth the mixture until thick, creamy, and pourable.
Slowly pour the cold foam over the cold brew coffee.
Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the top if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy before stirring together.
Notes
Use a handheld frother, blender, whisk, or shake the mixture in a sealed jar to create the foam.
Keep all dairy ingredients cold for the best foam texture.
Reduce the caramel sauce or omit the vanilla syrup for a less sweet drink.
Store prepared cold foam ingredients for up to 24 hours and froth just before serving.
A pinch of flaky sea salt on top adds extra flavor contrast.
