Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • Cream of chicken soup
  • Sour cream

  • Ritz crackers, crushed
  • Unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the chicken filling.

  8. Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
