A classic appetizer featuring savory mini sausages wrapped in golden, flaky pastry, baked until crisp and delicious. Perfect for parties, snacks, or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cocktail sausages or mini hot dogs
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or puff pastry
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough or puff pastry and cut into small strips or triangles.
  3. Pat the sausages dry with a paper towel.
  4. Wrap each sausage with a piece of dough, rolling from one end to the other.
  5. Place wrapped sausages seam-side down on the baking sheet.
