Pear, Feta and Walnut Pizza is a delicious blend of sweet pears, tangy feta, creamy mozzarella, and crunchy walnuts on a crisp pizza crust. It’s an easy yet elegant meal that’s ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for brushing
  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ripe pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone inside for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Roll the pizza dough into a 12 to 14-inch round and place it on parchment paper.
  3. Lightly brush the dough with extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Spread the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough.
  5. Arrange the pear slices over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta evenly on top.
  7. Scatter the chopped walnuts over the pizza.
  8. Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone.
  9. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh chives, slice, and serve.
