Ingredients

  • sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • cream cheese, softened
  • mayonnaise
  • kimchi, finely chopped and drained
  • pimentos, chopped
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • smoked paprika
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
  3. Stir in chopped and drained kimchi and pimentos.
