Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F.
  2. Roll the pizza dough into an oval shape on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Fold the edges slightly inward and twist the ends to create a boat shape.
  5. In a bowl, combine the mozzarella, feta, ricotta, parmesan, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the cheese mixture evenly inside the dough boat.
  7. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven and carefully crack the eggs into the center.
  10. Return to the oven for 2 to 4 minutes until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain slightly runny.
  11. Top with small pieces of butter and garnish with fresh parsley or dill before serving.

  • Whole wheat dough can be used for a heartier crust.
  • Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
