Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  2. Stir in the mini chocolate chips if using.
  3. Transfer the dry mix to an airtight container or sealed jar for storage.
