Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Melted butter
  • Granulated sugar
  • Fresh or frozen strawberries
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Lime juice
  • Lime zest
  • Heavy cream
  • Tequila (optional)
  • Orange liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish to form the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Blend strawberries until smooth and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
  7. Stir in tequila and orange liqueur if using.
  8. Pour filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
