Ingredients
2 cups cooked or canned salmon (flaked)
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2–3 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and parsley.
Add egg, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite sauce or side.
Notes
Use canned salmon for convenience or fresh cooked salmon for richer flavor.
