Ingredients

  • Chicken breast, cut into cubes or strips
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken with olive oil, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Thread the coated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Preheat a grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Cook for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Remove from heat and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  8. Serve warm.
