Ingredients

  • 30 Biscoff cookies
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter spread, optional
  • 1/4 cup crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and let the mixture thicken for a few minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until light and creamy.
  5. Arrange a layer of Biscoff cookies in the bottom of a serving dish or trifle bowl.
  6. Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cookies.
  7. Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  9. Spread the remaining whipped cream evenly over the top.
  10. Drizzle warmed Biscoff cookie butter over the whipped cream if desired.
  11. Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies.
  12. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
