Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: chopped cilantro

  • Optional: sliced jalapeños
  • Optional: 1/2 cup corn kernels

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F and prepare a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. Roll or stretch the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness.
  3. Brush the edges of the dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
