Baked brie crescent rolls are golden, flaky pastries filled with warm, gooey brie, making them an easy and irresistible appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8 triangles)
  • 6 oz brie cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or jam (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Cut brie into small cubes.
  4. Place a piece of brie on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Add honey or jam if using, and sprinkle with nuts or herbs if desired.
  6. Roll up each triangle from the wide end, enclosing the filling.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
