Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks or rings
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into chunks or rings.
  2. Place the pineapple pieces into a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with melted butter or coconut oil.
  4. Sprinkle the brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt over the pineapple.
  5. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the pineapple pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking if needed, until golden and lightly caramelized.
