Watermelon Slushy is a refreshing frozen drink made with sweet watermelon, ice, and a splash of lime juice. Perfect for hot summer days, this naturally fruity beverage is cool, hydrating, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen watermelon cubes in a blender.
  2. Add the lime juice, honey or maple syrup if using, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of water and blend again.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour into serving glasses.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
