A rich, creamy vanilla sweet cream cold foam that adds a coffeehouse-style finish to iced coffee, cold brew, or iced lattes. It’s quick to make with just a few ingredients and delivers a light, velvety texture.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, 2% milk, vanilla syrup, and vanilla extract in a small mixing cup or jar.
  2. Use a handheld milk frother to froth the mixture for 30–60 seconds until it is thick, light, and pourable.
  3. If you do not have a frother, shake the mixture vigorously in a tightly sealed jar or whisk until foamy.
  4. Pour the cold foam over iced coffee, cold brew, iced lattes, iced chai, or iced matcha.
  5. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Use sugar-free vanilla syrup for a lower-sugar option.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon for a warm spice flavor.
  • Mix in caramel syrup for a caramel vanilla variation.
  • Stir in a small amount of cocoa powder for a chocolate version.
  • For a dairy-free option, use dairy-free heavy whipping cream with oat or almond milk.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and froth again before serving.
  • Do not freeze or reheat, as it is intended to be served cold.
