Turkey Crostini is a simple and elegant appetizer featuring crispy toasted bread topped with tender turkey, creamy spreads, and fresh, flavorful toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, thinly sliced or shredded
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1216 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese or ricotta
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup arugula or fresh greens
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush slices lightly with olive oil and toast for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. If desired, rub warm toast with a garlic clove for added flavor.
  4. Spread cream cheese or ricotta evenly over each slice.
  5. Top with turkey slices or shreds.
  6. Add a small spoonful of cranberry sauce if using.
  7. Layer with arugula or fresh greens.
  8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over the top.
  9. Finish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
