Ingredients
2 cups cooked turkey, thinly sliced or shredded
1 baguette, sliced into 12–16 pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic (optional)
1/2 cup cream cheese or ricotta
1/3 cup cranberry sauce (optional)
1 cup arugula or fresh greens
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
Brush slices lightly with olive oil and toast for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
If desired, rub warm toast with a garlic clove for added flavor.
Spread cream cheese or ricotta evenly over each slice.
Top with turkey slices or shreds.
Add a small spoonful of cranberry sauce if using.
Layer with arugula or fresh greens.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over the top.
Finish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
