Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (such as kiwi, berries, or banana slices)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

Instructions
