Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
½ cup finely chopped vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, or carrots)
¼ cup sliced olives (optional)
½ cup cooked shredded chicken or turkey (optional)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or yogurt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with mayonnaise or yogurt until smooth.
Add shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, olives, and cooked chicken or turkey if using.
Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs, then mix well.
Lay a tortilla flat and spread an even layer of filling over the surface.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Remove from the refrigerator and slice into 2–3 cm thick pinwheels.
Arrange on a plate and serve chilled.
Notes
Chilling helps the pinwheels hold their shape when slicing.
Pat vegetables dry to prevent soggy texture.
Use hummus or flavored cream cheese for different variations.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
