Ingredients

  • cheese tortellini
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • red onion
  • black olives
  • mozzarella balls
  • fresh parsley or basil
  • olive oil
  • red wine vinegar or Italian dressing
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until tender, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
