A rich and indulgent no-bake sundae pie with a crunchy chocolate cookie crust and a smooth, creamy chocolate filling. Perfectly chilled and topped with whipped cream and syrup, it’s an easy dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until set.
  7. Once set, top with whipped topping or whipped cream.
  8. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.
