  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Prepare Stuffing Mix: In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix and milk. Let sit for a few minutes to absorb.
  • Mix Ingredients: Add ground beef, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Shape Meatloaf: Transfer mixture into the loaf pan, pressing down evenly.
  • Top with Ketchup: Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top for extra flavor.
  • Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Rest & Serve: Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with sides of choice.

Notes

  • Cheesy Option: Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella for extra richness.
  • Meat Variations: Use ground turkey or a mix of beef
  • Spicy Twist: Add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes for heat.
  • BBQ Flavor: Swap ketchup for BBQ sauce for a smoky touch.
  • Vegetable Boost: Include mushrooms, carrots, or bell peppers for added texture.
