Strawberry Pretzel Fluff Salad is a creamy, sweet, and salty dessert inspired by the classic strawberry pretzel salad. With fresh strawberries, fluffy whipped topping, and crunchy pretzels, it’s an easy crowd-pleasing treat for holidays, potlucks, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Granulated sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Whipped topping, thawed
  • Fresh strawberries, diced
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Crushed salted pretzels
  • Butter, melted
  • Brown sugar
  • Chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar until evenly coated.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely. Alternatively, use plain crushed pretzels for a completely no-bake version.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  5. Gently stir in the diced strawberries and mini marshmallows.
  6. Just before serving, fold in most of the cooled pretzel mixture, reserving some for garnish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining pretzels and chopped pecans over the top if using.
  8. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
