This Strawberry Mango Smoothie is a refreshing blend of sweet strawberries, tropical mango, and creamy yogurt for a vibrant and nutritious drink. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or post-workout refreshment, it’s ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup orange juice or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the orange juice or almond milk to a blender.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries, frozen mango, banana, and Greek yogurt.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder smoothie if preferred.
  5. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  6. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
  7. Blend again until no fruit chunks remain.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  9. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

  • Use frozen fruit for the thickest and creamiest texture.
  • For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt or omit the yogurt.
