Strawberry Banana Popsicles are refreshing frozen treats made with sweet strawberries, ripe bananas, and creamy yogurt for a naturally delicious snack. They’re easy to prepare and perfect for hot days, healthy desserts, or anytime you crave a fruity frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 24 tbsp milk of choice, if needed for blending

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then place them in a blender.
  2. Peel the bananas and add them to the blender.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  4. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Add a splash of milk if needed to help the mixture blend smoothly.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  7. Insert the popsicle sticks according to the mold manufacturer’s instructions.
  8. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid.
  9. Run the molds briefly under warm water to release the popsicles before serving.

Notes

  • Frozen strawberries or bananas can be used for a thicker mixture.
  • Substitute coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
  • Add blueberries, raspberries, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips for fun variations.
  • Store popsicles in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 2 months, separating layers with parchment paper.
  • Let the popsicles sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before serving if needed for easy removal.
