Spring Pretzel Bites are a festive no-bake treat made with crunchy pretzels, creamy white chocolate, and colorful pastel candies. They’re quick to prepare and perfect for Easter, baby showers, spring parties, or a sweet-and-salty snack.

Ingredients

  • 36 mini pretzel twists or square pretzels
  • 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or white candy melts
  • 36 pastel M&M’s or pastel candy-coated chocolates
  • 2 tbsp spring-themed sprinkles
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the prepared tray.
  3. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to the package directions until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe a small amount of melted chocolate onto the center of each pretzel.
  5. Immediately press a pastel candy-coated chocolate into the center while the chocolate is still soft.
  6. Decorate each pretzel with spring-themed sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  7. Allow the pretzel bites to sit at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
  8. Transfer the finished pretzel bites to a serving platter or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use milk or dark chocolate instead of white chocolate for a different flavor.
  • Swap pastel candies with mini chocolate eggs for an Easter-themed variation.
  • Drizzle contrasting chocolate over the bites for extra decoration.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  • Freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months and thaw at room temperature before serving.
  • These treats are perfect for parties, gift bags, and holiday dessert platters.
