1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt

8 small tortillas
2 cups green cabbage or slaw mix
1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or chives), chopped
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
In a bowl, combine cabbage and chopped herbs.
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt or mayonnaise with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss well.
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with slaw.
