A bold and refreshing margarita blending sweet pineapple, zesty lime, and a spicy kick from serrano peppers for a vibrant tropical cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz orange liqueur
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup or honey
  • 23 fresh serrano pepper slices
  • Ice
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Pineapple slices for garnish
  • Salt or chili salt for rimming

Instructions

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip into salt or chili salt if desired.
  2. In a shaker, add pineapple juice, lime juice, tequila, orange liqueur, simple syrup or honey, and serrano slices.
  3. Muddle the serrano slices gently to release heat.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
  5. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Garnish with lime wedge, pineapple slice, or extra serrano slice.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Adjust serrano slices to control spice level.
