Spaghetti Pizza is a fun baked casserole that combines a crispy spaghetti crust with classic pizza toppings for a hearty, family-friendly meal. It’s easy to customize and perfect for weeknight dinners or potlucks.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • Eggs
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Unsalted butter, melted
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • Cooked Italian sausage or ground beef (optional)
  • Bell peppers, diced
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Additional grated Parmesan cheese
  • Dried oregano
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round pizza pan or a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente, then drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the eggs, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Press the spaghetti mixture evenly into the prepared pan to form a crust.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly set and beginning to brown around the edges.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the baked spaghetti crust.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, cooked sausage or beef, vegetables, olives, and any desired toppings.
  8. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and dried oregano.
  9. Bake for another 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  10. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.

  • Leftover plain spaghetti works well for this recipe.

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add extra vegetables.
