Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
In a bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
Pour batter over the crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until the center is set but slightly soft.
Remove from oven, top with marshmallows, and return to oven for 5–7 minutes until golden.
Cool before slicing and serving.

Use digestive biscuits if graham crackers are unavailable.
