Ingredients

  • Cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh thyme or oregano
  • Baguette or crusty bread, sliced
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  3. Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours until the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.
