White bread or French bread
Unsalted butter (softened)
Mayonnaise
Cheddar cheese (finely shredded)
Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix softened butter, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each slice of bread, covering the edges.
Place the slices on the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Switch to broil for 1–2 minutes until the top is golden and slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
