1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A few drops red food coloring

1/8 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Stir in the egg yolk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Shape the dough into one large cookie and place it on the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are set and the center remains slightly soft.
Cool for a few minutes before serving.
