Ingredients
Raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
White bread
Egg
Garlic
Green onions
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Cornstarch

Instructions
Finely chop or pulse the shrimp in a food processor until it forms a paste-like consistency.
Transfer the shrimp to a bowl and mix with egg, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Cut the bread slices into triangles or squares.
Spread a generous layer of the shrimp mixture onto one side of each piece of bread and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place the bread shrimp-side down in the hot oil and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Flip and cook the other side briefly until crisp.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
