  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta, such as penne or spaghetti
  • 1½ lbs (680 g) medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
