  • 3 cups cooked sushi rice

  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1 sheet nori, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sriracha if using, and sliced green onion.
  2. Add the cubed salmon and gently toss to coat evenly.
