Ingredients
10 oz ruby chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup dried fruits (strawberries, raspberries, or cranberries)
1/3 cup nuts (almonds, pistachios, or hazelnuts)
2 tablespoons seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons coconut flakes (optional)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the ruby chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring frequently.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle dried fruits, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and sea salt over the chocolate.
Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate until fully hardened.
Once set, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Use low heat when melting chocolate to prevent burning.
Freeze-dried fruits add extra crunch and flavor.
Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate for longer freshness.
Drizzle with white or dark chocolate for contrast.
