Ingredients
2 steaks (ribeye, strip, or sirloin)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Remove steaks from the refrigerator 20–30 minutes before cooking.
Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and black pepper.
Heat a skillet over high heat and add olive oil.
