Pumpkin Cold Foam is a creamy, velvety topping made with pumpkin puree, milk, warm spices, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for cold brew, iced coffee, or iced lattes, it delivers cozy fall flavor in every sip.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup or vanilla syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl or large measuring cup.
  2. Using a handheld milk frother, whisk, or electric mixer, whip the mixture until thick and foamy but still pourable.
  3. Prepare a glass of cold brew, iced coffee, or an iced latte.
  4. Spoon or pour the pumpkin cold foam over the beverage.
  5. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use very cold ingredients for the best foam texture.
  • Do not overwhip or the mixture may become too stiff.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and oat milk.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
