Pumpkin Cold Foam is a creamy, velvety topping made with real pumpkin puree, milk, cream, and warm fall spices. Perfect for cold brew, iced coffee, chai, or lattes, it adds a luxurious coffeehouse-style finish to your favorite cold beverages.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract to a large measuring cup or mixing bowl.
  2. Use a handheld milk frother, immersion blender, or whisk to blend the ingredients.
  3. Continue frothing until the mixture becomes thick, airy, and pourable.
  4. Fill a glass with cold brew, iced coffee, iced latte, or iced chai.
  5. Slowly pour the pumpkin cold foam over the top of the beverage.
  6. Sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use very cold ingredients for the fluffiest foam.
  • Do not overwhip or the mixture may become too thick.
  • Re-froth refrigerated leftovers before serving.
