Ingredients
- Instant pistachio pudding mix
- Crushed pineapple, with juice
- Whipped topping, thawed
- Mini marshmallows

- Sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant pistachio pudding mix with the crushed pineapple and its juice until the pudding mix dissolves and begins to thicken.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Add the mini marshmallows and chopped pistachios.
- Stir in the pecans or walnuts, maraschino cherries, and shredded coconut if using.
- Gently fold everything together until evenly combined.
