Ingredients
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 to 4 tablespoons warm water (to thin)
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes or sriracha (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, add peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and sesame oil.
Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger.
Gradually add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
Add chili flakes or sriracha if you want a bit of heat.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes
