Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a microwave-safe mug and stir until combined.
  2. Add the milk, peanut butter, oil, and vanilla extract.
