Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.

  3. Crack the eggs directly over the melting cheese.
  4. Cook undisturbed until the egg whites are set and the cheese becomes crispy.
