Ingredients

  • 20 mini pancakes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chocolate spread
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter or nut butter
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 6 slices bacon or 4 sausages
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare or warm mini pancakes, keeping them soft and flexible.
  2. Arrange pancakes on a large board, slightly folded or stacked.
  3. Place butter, syrup, and spreads into small bowls on the board.
  4. Prepare fillings by slicing fruits and cooking eggs and meats.
  5. Arrange all fillings in sections around the pancakes.
