Ingredients

  • 2 lbs king crab legs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange crab legs in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, cutting to fit if needed.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush or pour the butter mixture evenly over the crab legs.
