Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 2 oz white rum
  • Optional: orange slices
  • Optional: lime wedges
  • Optional: sparkling orange soda
  • Optional: extra mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Add the mint leaves and sugar or honey to a glass or small pitcher.
  2. Gently muddle the mint to release its flavor.
  3. Pour in the fresh orange juice and lime juice.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Add sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
