Nutella crepes are a delectable treat that combines the rich flavor of Nutella with delicate, thin crepes. This indulgent dessert is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon snack, offering a quick and satisfying dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 large eggs
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1/4 cup water
    2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Pinch of salt
    Nutella, for filling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and lump-free.

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling the pan to coat the bottom with a thin layer of batter.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, until lightly golden.
  4. Remove the crepe from the pan, spread a generous amount of Nutella on one side, and fold or roll it up. Serve warm.
